  • My current working days/hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5pm MST.

  • At this time, I am only providing teletherapy that offers accessibility from the comfort of your own home.

  • Therapy is a journey of healing where you will make your own decisions. This is your time to commit to yourself and honor a space that is for you to process feelings coming up for you.. I will provide a space that is encouraging, empowering, and authentic. You will be heard and respected. I will provide techniques that foster deep thought and provide reflective listening. I am human and I do not have all the answers, but I am here for you.

  • I provide therapy for adults in the state of Colorado. My specialties are working with women to navigate or manage anxiety, stress, life transitions, people-pleasing, overwhelm, self-worth, and chronic health. I do not provide therapy for couples or children.

  • YES! It is totally a common experience to feel nervous when we are trying something new, meeting someone new, or going into a place where we are going to open up and be vulnerable. Please know that excitement and anticipation can feel similar at times in our bodies. You are taking a huge and empowering step to take care of yourself by hopping on the first call or session.

  • This is where you will share your story and talk about your hopes in working together. I will provide space to discuss what challenges are coming up. During this time we will explore if we are an aligned fit. Do you feel comfortable talking with me? Do you feel that I am someone you can trust? This is the beginning of your journey and I want to make sure that you feel comfortable.

  • Typically individuals start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on the severity of symptoms. Though I recommend weekly sessions at the beginning of therapy to get the most momentum. We can assess what will be the best fit based on what your goals are and what would clinically be most supportive.

  • Appointments are 55 minutes. If you are interested in longer sessions, we can discuss availability and pricing.

  • No, Wellness Within Therapy is an out-of-network provider and does not directly bill insurance, many clients with PPO plans are eligible to receive reimbursement for out-of-network therapy.

  • I require 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule or a full fee will be charged. An occasional exception may be made in the case of an emergency. It is important to meet consistently to make progress.

  • I only work with individuals that are 18 years and older. I do not work with children or couples. Due to state licensing laws, I can only provide therapy to individuals residing in the state of Colorado.

  • No, I am not a medical doctor. If you want to be evaluated for psychiatric medication, you can contact your PCP or a Psychiatrist.
